If you have not read my previous post on Adobe After Effects and its Interface, please read To start working with After Effects.
To start working with After Effects, you have to choose new composition from the welcome screen or by clicking the new composition icon from the project panel.
As soon as you click the icon you’ll get composition settings dialog box give your preferred settings and click ok, you’ll see the timeline and composition tab becomes active.
From now onwards whatever you do in the timeline will be displayed in the composition tab.
To import the images I gonna press ctrl+I as a shortcut or you can double click in the project panel, then import dialog box opens, select the files which you want to import and click Import.
That’s it in my next post I’ll write about, how to use these imported images as layers in Adobe After Effects timeline.
